By placing an order, the customer declares that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions.<\/p><p>Gourmet Jorge may modify these terms and conditions at any time. How to place an order<\/h3><p>The customer must follow the purchase process indicated on the website, selecting products and quantities.<\/p><p><strong>Weights and tolerances (products sold by weight):<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\" data-is-root=\"true\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">The weights shown are net weights of the product shipped, unless otherwise stated that the weight is gross or includes packaging.<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Due to the nature of the product, it may not be possible to supply the exact weight indicated. There could be a variation of up to [percentage missing]. <strong>5%<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Any variation greater than <strong>5%<\/strong> will be refunded to the customer.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Availability by area:<\/strong><\/p><p>Some products may not be available for delivery in certain areas.<\/p><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">4. Order confirmation (purchase validation)<\/h3><p>Once payment is made, Gourmet Jorge will send an email <strong>order confirmation<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Now is the time to check that everything is correct. If you disagree with the information provided, you can request a modification or cancellation as indicated in the cancellations section.<\/p><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">5. Prices and taxes<\/h3><p>The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order and include, where applicable, the <strong>VAT<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Depending on the buyer&#039;s country of residence and their status (business\/professional or individual), the transaction may be exempt from or not subject to VAT, so the final price may vary from the one initially shown.<\/p><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">7. Payment methods<\/h3><p>Payment is made through a secure payment gateway.<\/p><p><strong>The following methods are accepted:<\/strong><\/p><h4 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">7.1. Credit or debit card<\/h4><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\" data-is-root=\"true\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Cards accepted <strong>Visa, MasterCard and American Express<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">The card details are entered directly into the bank&#039;s platform and <strong>Gourmet Jorge does not store card details<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">To facilitate future purchases, you can save a <strong>token<\/strong> Linked to the card. Subscriptions (if applicable)<\/h3><p>Payment for each delivery is made at the time of the order and, with the indicated periodicity, new deliveries are charged automatically.<\/p><p><span style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1.75rem;\">10. Shipping Zones<\/h3><p>Currently, we only ship to certain postal codes within the city of Madrid:<\/p><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\" data-is-root=\"true\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\"><strong>28011, 28019, 28024, 28025, 28044, 28047<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The user must enter the corresponding postal code. If the street or town indicated does not actually match the postal codes entered, the order will be cancelled.<\/p><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">12. Delivery times (guideline)<\/h3><p>Except for holidays or other exceptional circumstances:<\/p><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\" data-is-root=\"true\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">To receive it <strong>Monday or Tuesday<\/strong>: buy <strong>Friday or earlier<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">To receive it <strong>Wednesday<\/strong>: buy <strong>Monday or earlier<\/strong>.<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">To receive it <strong>Thursday<\/strong>: buy <strong>Tuesday or earlier<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><p>Should any unforeseen issues arise with the delivery, the customer will be contacted by email (and, if necessary, by telephone). A second delivery attempt may be made. If delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will need to contact the carrier or Gourmet Jorge and will be responsible for any additional costs associated with subsequent deliveries.<\/p><hr class=\"ql-divider\" \/><h2 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">Return policy<\/h2><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">13. General condition<\/h3><p><strong>Returns of perishable products will not be accepted once their original packaging has been broken and part of the merchandise has been consumed.<\/strong><\/p><p>Cancellations and\/or returns will only be accepted under the terms described below.<\/p><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">14. Returns (incidents, damage or defective product)<\/h3><p>The products are prepared and packaged under strict processes. Upon receiving your order, please check that the seals have not been tampered with or damaged.<\/p><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\" data-is-root=\"true\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\"><p>If the order reaches <strong>24 hours later<\/strong> As agreed, the customer must accept the delivery and, upon opening the box, if they detect any damaged parts, they can report the issue by sending an email to <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@gourmetjorge.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-link-card=\"true\" data-via=\"ai\"><strong>pedidos@gourmetjorge.com<\/strong><\/a> with:<\/p><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Product names<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Number of defective parts<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Product photographs<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><p>Returns of packaged products will not be accepted once they have been opened and\/or handled and do not retain their original packaging.<\/p><p><strong>Returns will only be accepted<\/strong> Orders with evidence of damage in transit will not be accepted, and any complaint must be made at the same time as the order is received.<\/p><p>If the product arrives in poor condition, Gourmet Jorge <strong>will assume the return shipping costs<\/strong>, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been consumed in whole or in part.<\/p><p>To process the claim, the customer must contact <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> and write to <a href=\"mailto:pedidos@gourmetjorge.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" data-link-card=\"true\" data-via=\"ai\"><strong>pedidos@gourmetjorge.com<\/strong><\/a> indicating:<\/p><ul class=\"ql-rendered-list-container\" data-test=\"rendered-list-container\" data-is-root=\"true\"><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Name<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Order number<\/li><li class=\"ql-rendered-bullet-list\" data-test=\"rendered-list-item-bullet\">Detailed description of what happened<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"ql-heading\" data-collapsable-block=\"true\" data-collapse-state=\"expanded\">16.
