Flamenquines are a typical Cordoban dish. Our flamenquines consist of a thin slice of top-quality pork loin, rolled in a garnish of chopped Serrano ham and coated in breadcrumbs, ready to be fried so that it remains thin and crispy after cooking, with an exquisite flavor.
