Description
San Jacobo is a traditional dish consisting of a slice of ham wrapped in a slice of Gruyère cheese, coated in breadcrumbs, and fried eggs, ready to be fried in oil. These San Jacobo are ideal as a starter or as a snack.

Cheese, water, milk, wheat flour, vegetable margarine, breadcrumbs, pork cold cuts, nitrated salt, antioxidants E-331 iii and E-301, spices, dextrose, flour for coating (soy).
